The Soapnut is the dried fruit of the Ritha tree, and the saponin released is a 100% substitute for regular detergents.
SoapNuts are highly-effective and gentle at the same time. It will leave your laundry fresh and clean, and compared to other detergents it is milder. Its mildness will keep colours bright, maintaining the fabric structure of your clothes for more extended periods.
How to use it?
Add five to six balls in a fabric pouch and put it in your washing machine. However, if you are washing manually, dip the soapnut pouch in a bucket of water, then lather the water and take the pouch out. Then soak the fabric or garment into the bucket, wash it gently at a temperature not above 30 degrees Celsius. Further, rinse your cloth in clean water and dry it in the shade.
