Shipping Policy 
  • We ship from India. 
  • All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding
    holidays and weekends) after the payment is received.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once we have received
    your order. If you do not receive an email please check the
    spam filter and contact us to receive the confirmation.
  • You will be notified by an email once your package is shipped. 
  • For any order related assistance, queries or concerns drop us
    an email at info@suvetah.com. We will not be able to help you
    after your package has been shipped.

  • Shipping Charges are calculated at the check-out.
  • We ship across the globe with trusted delivery partners like DHL and ARAMAX ,Fedex.
  • International orders are subject to local taxes and custom
    duties levied by the shipping     carrier.
     
Suvetah is not responsible for these charges if they are
applied and they have to be borne by the customer.
 
     
Disclaimer : These values are subject to change by the respective tax authorities of your country.
  • PS: Most countries allow import up to a certain amount without
    any additional duty. This     amount is called De Minimis values.
Please check the De Minimis values of your country before placing the order.

How To Track Your Purchase?
  • When your order will be shipped you will receive an email
    from us notifying you about     the tracking information.
  • You can track your purchase with the tracking number/code to
    know the status of your     purchase.
  • If you haven't received your package within 9 To 12 days of
    receiving the shipping email,     contact us at info@suvetah.com
    with your name and order details and we will look into it for you.
   
Refund and Return Policy
  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the
    order within 10 days of     delivery.
  • The product should be unused and in its original condition for it to be eligible for refund.
  • Kindly inform us about the intended return via email.

  • After the product is received and reviewed by us,
    we will inform you if the refund can be     processed or not.
  • We will refund the full order amount once we confirm the initiation of refund.
  • You can expect the refund to reflect in your account in
    3-5 business days after the     package reaches our facility.
  • If the order arrives damaged in any way,
    please email us at info@suvetah.com at the earliest
    with     your orderdetails and a photo of the damaged product.
    We address these ona case-by-case basis and will help you out.
